JS Bach – Goldberg Variations, BWV 988
The DICMF is pleased to present the distinguished Irish pianist, Peter Tuite performing Bach’s towering masterpiece, the Goldberg Variations, in the splendid setting of Dublin Castle’s Chapel Royal. Having garnered considerable international acclaim for his recital and concerto appearances throughout the world, Tuite was named Founding Fellow and Custodian of the Glenn Gould Bach Fellowship awarded by the City of Weimar, Germany. He has since completed a series of recordings and films exploring different perspectives on the late works of Johann Sebastian Bach.
