Following a “beautiful and moving” (The Arts Desk) performance project reflecting on the Covid-19 pandemic in 2022, and a further collaboration at DICMF 2023, we once again collaborate with a collective of five of Ireland’s leading pianists. On this occasion, each pianist presents a work by a Black woman composer, alongside an array of music from the traditional, pop and classical worlds nominated by an impressive roster of inspirational women. A special concert giving audiences an insight into the power of connections people make with music.
